Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. Waiting times for shipments delivered to other countries may vary.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. All requests made after this period will be rejected.
Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sales periods. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery of orders will take from 7 to 14 working days.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged for customs duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in euros, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import duties, taxes and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs service. What to do if the items received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. Include your order number, photos of the items and all references relating to the receipt of your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or requesting a cancellation.
